ང་ཆུང་ཆུང་། ལུ་གུའི་རྩེད་རོགས་ཡིན་དུས། དབུ་སྐྲ་ལོ། དུང་གི་མདོག་ལྟར་དཀར་བའི། ཕ་ཨ་མྱེས། འཇིག་རྟེན་གནའ་མའི་གཏམ་རྒྱུད། མ་འགྲོ་དྲུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་བདེ་སྡུག་དེ་དང་། དེའི་ནང་ནས། མི་ལུས་རིན་ཆེན་གསེར་ལས་དཀོན་ཚུལ། བུ་ང་ལ། མ་གསང་ལྷུག་པོར་གསུངས་སོང་།
When I was young and playing with the sheep, my dear old grandpa, with his hair white as a conch, shared with me, his young grandson, ancient tales about the preciousness of a human birth found amongst the joys and sorrows of the six classes of sentient beings. It is, he said, more rare than gold.
小时候，当我还是小羊羔的玩伴时，爷爷对我讲了远古的故事：“六道有情众生的喜怒哀乐，尤其暇满人身比金子更为宝贵的真理。”
མི་ལུས་རིན་ཆེན་གསེར་ལས་དཀོན་པ།།
དྲིན་ཆེན་ཕ་མས་བདག་ལ་གནང་སོང་།།
མི་ཚེའི་མདུན་ལམ་འོད་སྟོང་ལྡན་པ།།
དྲིན་ཆེན་ཕ་མས་བདག་ལ་གནང་སོང་།།
This human birth, more rare than gold,
My kind parents gave to me.
This brilliant future that lies before me,
My kind parents gave to me.

དབྱར་གསུམ་སྦྲང་མའི་ཚོགས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་དུས།།
མེ་ཏོག་ལྷ་མོ་ཕྲད་སོང་།།
དགུན་གསུམ་ཁ་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་བབས་དུས།།
གངས་དཀར་ལྷ་མོ་ཕྲད་སོང་།།
སྟོན་གསུམ་གསེར་གྱི་ན་བཟའ་མནབས་དུས།།
ལོ་ཡག་ལྷ་མོ་ཕྲད་སོང་།།
དཔྱིད་གསུམ་གནམ་གྱི་སྐུ་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་དུས།།

དུས་བཞིའི་ལྷ་མོས་བདག་ལ་གནང་སོང་།
When the bees of summer swarm around,
The goddess of flowers can be found.
When the snowflakes of winter fall down,
The goddess of white snow can be found.
When the golden robes of autumn are donned ,
The goddess of harvests can be found.
When heavenly showers of spring fall down,
The goddess of gentle rains can be found.
Longevity and merit; karma and fortune.
Wealth and riches; happiness and sun.
All this my kind parents gave to me,
All this the four season goddesses gave to me.

邂逅在蜂群飘逸的夏天
我与雪儿
相识在雪花飞舞的冬季
我与穗儿
相惜在果穗依依的清秋
我与雨儿
相伴在细雨绵绵的春日
生命与福报 梦想与幸运
事业与财富 平安与喜乐
慈祥的父母给了我温暖的阳光
四季女神给了我辉煌的成就

དྲིན་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་བརྟན་པར་ཤོག དགུང་ལོ་བརྒྱ་ཐོབ་པའི་ཚེ་ཡིས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག རྒྱུད་ཐུགས་དམ་འཕེལ་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག བུ་ང་ཡིས། མི་ལུས་རིན་ཆེན་གནང་བའི་དྲིན་ལན་དུ། དྲིན་ཕ་མའི་ཞབས་སེན་པདྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད། སྐྱེ་ནས་སྐྱེ་བར་གཙུག་ཏུ་མཆོད་ཅིང་དྲིན་ལན་སོད་པའི་མ་བཅོས་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞུའོ།།
May our kind parents be healthy! May there be the auspiciousness that they live to a hundred years! May there be auspiciousness with the Dharma that raises consciousness! I pray with a genuine heart that I may honor their lotus-like feet on the crown of my head from lifetime to lifetime so that I, their son, may repay their kindness of giving me this human body!
祈福慈祥的父母寿比南山、长命百岁、福慧圆满！为了报答父母的恩惠，祈愿生生世世敬奉父母的足莲！

May there be auspiciousness that the family be happy! May there be auspiciousness that wealth and fortune amass! May there be auspiciousness that peace always prevails! As part of my karmic destiny for attaining this precious human birth, I offer this prayer from the bottom of my heart and depths of my bones that all mother sentient beings may only get happier and happier!
祈福阖家欢乐、财运亨通、世界和平！为了不辱暇满人身的意义，祈愿六道如母众生平安喜乐！
